Worlds Easiest Guacamole recipe

I LOVE Mexican food and with Cinco de Mayo just around the corner you'd better believe we're eating some yummy Mexican food.

One of my favorites is guacamole. I will eat it on just about anything. Some recipes for guacamole can be so unhealthy (mayo anyone??). And there are a lot of cleaner versions out there that only use spices, chopped onions, diced tomatoes and jalapenos.

But there are some days that dicing up all those add ins just isn't going to happen. I'm still waiting for the cooking show with the screaming toddler hanging off your leg and preschooler stuck on the potty while your trying to do something as simple as make a grilled cheese sandwich.

So here's my no fail, super easy, they wont believe you didn't make it from scratch guacamole recipe!

You ONLY need 4 things and it takes a minute to make~


  • 2 - 4 ripe Avocado's
  • Kosher salt (to taste)
  • Lime juice (about 1/2 tsp)
  • Mrs Dash Salt Free Fiesta Lime Seasoning (to taste)


This recipe is completely done to taste. 

For our family I typically use about 2 ripe avocados, mash them up, sprinkle in some Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning some Kosher salt and about a 1/2 teaspoon of lime juice. If you keep your avocados in the fridge you don't even need to make this ahead of time. You can make it as your other meal items are cooking! Its THAT easy!

Of course if you have all the ingredients on hand, have the time and want to do a fresher version, go for it! I just know that most nights in our house this quick easy recipe does the trick and everyone likes it.
