I recently just tried this the other night so I'd have something to put on top of my salmon burger. I always have my salmon burger without a bun so it can get pretty boring. My husband usually has his on a bun and REALLY liked this. So its a great healthier alternative to tartar sauce and also makes a great dip for vegetables or pita chips.
Yields 6 servings
- 2 cups plain greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon Kosher Salt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh dill
- 1 garlic clove minced
Mix all ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Serve with pita chips, cucumbers, red peppers, celery. etc. Or you can use this as a topping for fish or chicken.
